19.07.2014.

Food.

I had cereal w/ blueberries for brekkie, then had sauted veggies w/ meat for lunch, finally for dinner had grilled chicken w/ veggies. Had big glass of cucumber&lemon water. And now snacking on Corny BIG bar and having tea.

Fitness.

I was too tired to work out yesterday but did my work out today and so proud I am going strong and can see I am getting stronger already.

Fun.

I had some time to tan and read a book. And then I have been just catching up on my fav tv show ”Devious Maids” and youtube vids :))
